Julie brings a rich blend of life experience, adventure, and real estate expertise to the table!  Originally from Delaware, Julie graduated college from UNC-Chapel Hill before letting her love for the outdoors take her on a winding path across the country.  She spent time as a ski bum in Aspen, CO, lived in vibrant Raleigh, NC and dynamic Seattle, WA, and found small-town charm in Sandpoint, ID – experiences that give her a rare perspective on what makes a place feel like home.

Ultimately, she chose to land her feet and stay put in Missoula, MT, drawn to its mountains, rivers, and people.  She has made it her mission to help others put down roots here as well.  As a real estate brokerage owner, she combines a deep understanding of the local market with sharp business acumen and a genuine desire to advocate for her clients.

When she’s not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you’ll find her enjoying the incredible lifestyle this area has to offer.  She’s a proud mom to one amazing kiddo and bonus mom to her partner’s two, so life is always full and fun.
